I've been drinking Yuengling products for over 25 years. I started buying Lord Chesterfield Ale about 2 or 3 years ago for my home comsumption and enjoyed it very much. I also started trying other ales whenever I went out when they had one on tap. My tasts started to change and I started liking IPA's and the hoppier the better.
About a year ago I went on a Brewry tour and asked who was Lord Chesterfield? They didn't exactly know, but one explanation was that is was a family cat. I didn't buy that for a moment.
Here is my sugestion for Yuengling, and I am totally serrious. Start making a new ale that is unique to your other beers. It needs to be very strong and very hoppy. I even have a name for it. To honor the 4 Yuengling girls as they learn the buisness, I would call it "4 Ladies IPA".
Thank you, please consider and others, lets here your input!
